论当前我国幼教师资问题及对策

［摘  要］
当前的幼教师资，存在着很多问题，比如：幼儿教师转向投商、无幼师教育的从业资格、教师专业水平不够……导致形成当前幼教师资问题的因素也是多方面的，从国家的政策，到社会对幼儿教师的认同度，从教育主管部门，到地方政府对幼儿教育的重视度，这些都从不同的层面不同的角度折射出当前幼教师资问题存在的原因。
 针对当前幼教师资的问题以及导致这些问题形成的原因，也为了进一步提高当前幼儿教育的质量，引起相关部门的重视，解决当前幼儿教育师资队伍存在的问题，提升幼师整体素质水平，我特地对当前幼儿教育的师资队伍存在问题进行了简要的分析。
